My Story
I am so excited you took the time to come to this section to dive a bit deeper with me! I am a Clinical Master Hypnotherapist, Life Coach, Yoga teacher, Meditation teacher, Personal trainer, Energy healer and born intuitive.
All my life has been about supporting others in their healing journey.

In my early 20's, I met a client of mine who was also an intuitive counsellor and Hypnotherapist and it changed my life! My life has not been an easy one, however throughout all of the ups and downs I have thrived. Full of love, peace, grace and strength. HOW?

I decided at that time to continue on the journey of educating and doing my own deep personal work and development which has led me to own a few wellness clinics and medical spas and dig into all the advanced education I have today. I continuously pursue further and deeper knowledge of self and how best to coach others to truly thrive in their own lives. The stories of your success make me smile on a daily basis!

My Approach
Why does this work?

Firstly, I care. There is NO judgement here. Secondly, I have multiple layers of education to help you. Thirdly, my scientific and intuitive nature blends beautifully to give me insight beyond what I can sometimes explain. And that is ALL a very good thing for you!

I make an individual plan based on what your needs are and what your goals are. This is flexible, as sometimes someone may need more hypno-coaching and someone else may require more intuitive work and someone else more meditation and yoga.
​
Some just come to me for the yoga and the manifestation courses and some come to me for more deep personal work.
​
The key is - eventually; I don't want you to need me. This isn't talk therapy where you will need 1000 sessions to get somewhere. This is tapping in, in a precise manner, to give you the freedom and create your life that you truly desire FAST.
